2 medium zucchini. 2 medium carrots. 1 small onion.
Grate all ingredients
1 small onion, grate as well.
Put in a bowl
To taste: salt, pepper, turmeric powder
Stir well
4 tbsp plain flour. 1 large egg.
Mix well until combined. Egg & the juice from zucchini will moisten the mixture
Pan.fry per batch until finished
Until crisp and golden brown
Rest on paper towels
Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice
